İş elbisesi alımında bütçeyi yıllık bazda oluşturmalısınız.
En ucuza değil kaliteyi uygun fiyata satan firmaları tercih etmelisiniz.
Bir iş kıyafetinin kullanımını ve ömrünü 6 aylık olarak düşünmeli ona göre hareket etmelisiniz.
Personelinizin işine mani olmayacak model ve tasarımları tercih etmelisiniz.
Çalışma ortamına göre seçiminizi yapmalısınız, soğuk ortamda çalışan işçileriniz için kalın; sıcak ortamda çalışan işçileriniz için ince kumaşlardan üretilmiş sağlam elbiseleri tercih etmelisiniz.
Kıyafetin rengini seçerken iş yerinin konseptine uygun çevre koşullarından en az etkilenen ve göze hoş gelen renkleri kullanmalısınız.
Personel kıyafeti alırken yaptığınız seçimde “UCUZ” faktörünü 2. plana atmalısınız. Çünkü ucuza aldığınız kıyafetler size daha pahalıya mal olan sonuçlar doğurabilir.
Tedarikçinizi yakınınızdan seçmelisiniz veya destek alanı geniş firmaları tercih etmelisiniz. Söz konusu kıyafet olduğundan insanların 6 aylık süre zarfında zayıflama, şişmanlama durumlarına göre kıyafeti düzenleyecek destekler aramanız gerekeceğinden işveren olarak işçinize kolaylık sağlamalısınız. Bunu yaparken herhangi bir terzihane ile anlaşma sağlayıp bizzat ilgilenebilir veya tedarikçinizi seçerken bu hususu göz önüne almanız gerekecektir.
Bazen işverenler çalışanlara iş elbisesi temininde yardımcı olmaz ve bu ihtiyacı çalışanlaın sırtına yükler. İşte bu durumlarda siz çalışanların nasıl bir kıyafet alması gerektiğini maddeler halinde sıralayacağız.
En önemli nokta: Rahatlık, fiyat, kalite, renk dörtlüsüdür.
İş kıyafetinizi alırken rahat olmasına ve o kıyafeti giyerken isteksiz olmadığınıza kendinizi inandırmalısınız. İşinizi sevdirecek olan bir husus olarak iş kıyafeti seçimi önemlidir.
Fiyat konusu çalışanların canını sıkan bir konu… Fakat bir iş elbisesinin nasıl kullanılması gerektiğini siz belirlediğinizden fiyat mevzusunda olabildiğince açık olmalısınız. Yani; o kıyafeti kullananın siz olduğunuz gerçeğinden hareketle kıyafetin ömrünü de siz belirlersiniz. Bu nedenle fiyat konusunu 2. veya 3. plana atmalı ve bütçenizi biraz açık bırakmalısınız.
İş elbisenizin rengini seçerken çalışma koşullarınıza çok dikkat etmelisiniz. Sokakta, güneşli bir yerde çalışıyor iseniz açık renkleri (Beyaz, lila, v.s..) tercih etmelisiniz. Çünkü güneşin etkisi ile elbisenizin rengi solabilir. Kapalı bir alanda çalışıyorsanız renk seçiminde özgürsünüz demektir. Fakat çalışma koşullarınız temizlik malzemeleri ile içli dışlı olmayı gerektiriyorsa çamaşır suyunun olumsuz etkisini en aza indiren renkleri seçmelisiniz ( Beyaz, lila, gökyüzü mavisi, gri, v.s… ). Tabi ki seçimizde işyerindeki görevinize uygun bir renk seçmekte önemlidir.
İş elbisenizi alırken dikkat etmeniz gereken bir diğer nokta olan daraltma, genişletme,v.s.. işlemleri için extra ücretler ödemek istemiyorsanız satın aldığınız firmaya buna hassasiyet göstermelisiniz.
